Rye Muffins

2 c flour

1 c rye meal

3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1/3 c yeast (or 1 yeast cake dissolved in water)

Directions:

Mix with warm water at night.

In the morning, add 1/4 tsp soda, dissolved into 2 tbsp boiling water, stir well.
Bake in a gem pan for 20-30 min.
