Mexican Beans

Ingredients:

1 can pinto beans, rinsed
1 can peeled tomatoes
1/2 jalapeno

Directions:

1. Blend tomatoes.
2. Add beans.
3. Add jalapeno.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Microwave for 3 minutes. Serve hot.

Eat with Spanish Rice in Enchiladas with Mexican white cheese or cheddar cheese.
